At Why Sports, we are always looking at how we can better support our community and create more meaningful opportunities for professionals and organisations to engage with the conversations shaping our sector.

Across the coming year, Why Sports will deliver three major conferences, each designed to bring together expert speakers, senior leaders and professionals from across sport, physical activity, health, sustainability and investment.
These events will include:
Green Goals 2026 Conference
Investing in Sports and Physical Activity Conference
Why Sports 2027
Each conference has its own distinct focus, but together they reflect the wider challenges, opportunities and ambitions facing the sport, leisure, physical activity and health sectors.
As our conference calendar has grown, so too has our awareness of the pressures facing the organisations and professionals we work with. Many people across our community are balancing heavy workloads, limited time and increasing demands, while still wanting to stay informed, connected and involved in the key issues affecting the sector. That is why we have launched the Why Sports Conference Pass.
A simpler way to engage across the year.
The Why Sports Conference Pass has been introduced to make it easier for delegates and organisations to engage with all three of our upcoming conferences through one booking.
Rather than asking our community to review and commit to each conference separately, the pass provides a more efficient, cost-effective and flexible way to plan attendance across the year.
It is a simple idea, but one we believe offers real value.
Why we believe the Conference Pass matters.
The Why Sports Conference Pass is about more than convenience. It reflects our commitment to building stronger and more consistent engagement across the year, while helping our community access high-quality events in a way that works better for them.
For many organisations, attending sector conferences is not just about one day out of the office. It is about professional development, relationship building, idea sharing, learning from others and staying connected to the wider direction of travel across the sector.
By launching the Conference Pass, we want to make that process easier.
“Much of Why Sports’ success over the past 10 years is owed to the people who attend our conferences and to the organisations and communities they work so hard to support. Their commitment, energy and determination to create healthier, happier and more active communities is what gives our events such purpose and impact.
Our conferences have always been about more than bringing people together for a day. They provide an important platform to discuss and debate the latest strategies, explore investment opportunities, share best practice and strengthen collaboration across the sector. We are incredibly proud of what Why Sports has built, and of the role our conferences continue to play in supporting positive change.
The launch of the Why Sports Conference Pass reflects our commitment to the community that has supported us on this journey. We want to make it easier for people to stay connected, engage across the year and continue contributing to the conversations that will shape the future of sport, physical activity and health. Together, I believe we can help build a brighter, happier and healthier Great Britain.” - Richard Stott, Director, Why Sports

Built for the Why Sports community.
The Conference Pass has been created with our community in mind.
We know that many of the people and organisations who engage with Why Sports share a common ambition: to improve lives and strengthen communities through sport and physical activity. We also know that they value opportunities to come together, share knowledge and hear from those driving change across the sector.
The Conference Pass is designed to support that journey by making year-round engagement with Why Sports simpler, more accessible and more valuable.
Whether you are joining us as an individual delegate or as part of a wider organisation, the pass offers a smarter way to stay connected to the ideas, partnerships and discussions that matter.
Looking ahead.
We are excited about what the next 12 months will bring.
Through our three conferences, we will explore some of the biggest issues and opportunities facing our sector, while continuing to create a platform for insight, collaboration and action.
The Why Sports Conference Pass is our way of helping more people be part of that journey.
Join us across all three conferences.
If you want to engage with the full Why Sports conference calendar in a simpler and more cost-effective way, the Why Sports Conference Pass is the ideal option.
We look forward to welcoming delegates from across our community to all three events and to continuing to build a stronger, healthier and more connected sector together.
To mark the launch of the Why Sports Conference Pass, we are making our best available annual rate available until 30 April.
